Hello, my name is Zak and I was born on 22nd November 2004 at 8.42am, weighing exactly 7lbs.  My head circumference was 34.7cm and my height 51cm.  I share the same birthday as my great nanny Hull who died when mummy was a teenager, so mummy says its very special.
